تم بعون الله وتوفيقه تسليم مستندات المرحلة الثالثة من المشروع (النهائية) وذلك بتاريخ 16-05-2010

وتم اعتماد المستندات من قبل المصلحة

ويعد انجاز هذا المشروع من أهم الاعمال التي قامت بها شركة العمران الهندسي للاستشارات

ويعتبر من أول المشاريع التي تم فيها استخدام احدث التقنيات في اعمال مسح سطح الرصف وفي اختبارات طبقات الرصف

FWD field test الاختبارات الحقلية لطبقات الرصف

تبدأ اليوم الاختبارات الحقلية لطبقات الرصف للاجزاء الحرجة في طريق مزدة -براك
 fwd  ويتم في هذه الاختبارات استخدمام جهاز الاوزان الساقطة
وذلك لتحديد معاملات الطبقات للرصف القائم ، للاجزاء المستهدفة باعادة التصميم
والتي تم تحديدها من تحليل نتائج المسح الميداني لسطح الرصف  والتي تمت الشهر الماضي

يقوم باجراء هذه الاختبارات فريق هندسي وفني مكون من  مهندسي شركة العمران
الهندسي للاستشارات بالتعاون مع مختبر الطرق بقسم الهندسة المدنية بجامعة الفاتح

ويتوقع ان تنتهي هذه الاختبارات خلال اسبوع

Field tests to measure the remaining strength and the layer modulus of the existing pavement in Mizda-Brak road launched today. 
FWD test is used for this purpose.
This field test program will cover critical sections determine by the analysis
of the results of the pavement surface scan study carried out last month.
These tests are being carried out by OEC engineers in cooperation with the highway lab at the department of civil engineering at AL-fatah university, Tripoli. 
These tests are expect to last for one week.

Launch of Stage 2 انطلاق اعمال المرحلة الثانية

انطلقت خلال الاسبوع الاول من شهر الحرث (نوفمبر) الجاري

اعمال المرحلة الثانية من عقد اعداد الدراسات والتصاميم

لمشروع صيانة طريق مزدة-براك

وتتمثل المرحلة الثانية في اجراء المسح الميداني لسطح الرصف

وجمع البيانات اللازمة لاجراء التحليللات والدراسات التقويمية

لحالة الرصفوقد تمت عمليةالمسح الميداني باستخدام احدث التقنيات

في هذا المجال وذلك بالتعاون مع شركة "رامبول" السويدية

حيث تم استخدام العربة الخاصة بمسح سطح الرصف

وهي مجهزة لهذا الغرض بعدد من الاجهزة والات التصوير المرئي

والليزري والمجسات المتعددة والتي يمكن بواسطتها جمع

المعلومات والبيانات المطلوبة بدقة عالية وسرعة كبيرة.

حيث تسير المركبة بسرعة تتراوح بين 70 و 80 كم/ساعة.

وقد تمت عملية المسح لطول 1050 كم (ذهابا وايابا) في مدة ثلاثة ايام فقط

سوف يتم خلال الفترة القادمة تحليل البيانات والمعلومات

التي جمعها باستخدام برامج حاسوبية خاصة

وذلك بغرض اجراء تقويم حالة الرصف

حسب المعايير المعتمدة بالخصوص.

Stage 2 was launched during the first week of November 2009.

This stage is devoted for the field survey of the road surface.

A state-of-art technology was utilized in cooperation with Rambol (Sweden),

where a special vehicle equipped with various cameras and sensors

has been imported for this purpose from Sweden.

The road scanning was carried out in three days.

The vehicle travelled in both directions of the road

(about 1050 Km) at a speed of 70-80 Km/hr.

Following this scan, the collected data will be analyzed

using a special software to prepare an

evaluation report for the pavement surface condition.

Three Field Studies Started

Three field studies of Stage I were started this week. They are:

1. Field survey: survey of the existing highway to prepare plans and profiles for all the highway (517Km). These will be used for later studies and to check the geometric design of the highway.
2. Geological study: A field study launched to collect data and prepare a geological report about the highway route. This will include info about the possible construction materials available along the route.
3. Traffic study: A field study started to carry out a traffic counts at selected stations along the highway. Collected data will be used in further analysis to determine design parameters including ADT, Axle load etc.

These studies are expected to be completed within 2 months.

Omran Engineering Consultants to prepare the engineering studies for the maintenance of Mizda-Brak Road

A new contract signed between the Road and Bridge Departmen of Libya (RABA) and Omran Engineering Consultants (OEC) to prepare the studies for the maintenance of Mizda-Brak Road (517 Km). According to this contract OEC is to carry out a number of studies and to prepare the required designs and specifications for the maintenance works of the 517 Km highway. Studies to be carried out include: Survying, Pavement Condition Rating (PCR), Geological and Hydrological studies, soil and local materials studies, etc.

Works in this contract are expected to start on the middle of July 2009 and will last for 10 months.

OEC currently works on other contrcat with RABA includes the PG study and the preparation of the Libyan Specification for the construction of asphalt pavements .
